Is the Design Ingenuity an online or offline event?
The event will be held 100% online through the video conferencing platform called Zoom Webinar.
By registering your spot through this website, you will receive an email notification of instructions on how to join the live event.

Speakers will speak in Vietnamese or English?
For the benefit of the international audience, all speaker’s presentations will be done in English, and automatic English captions / subtitles are available as part of the Zoom Webinar platform we’re using for the event.
Who are the speakers and types of topics they cover?
We’ve assembled an incredible all-star lineup of speakers from both Vietnam and across the world to speak on topics from different perspectives. Each brings with them expert insights in their chosen topic and will give you rich and inspiring takeaways you can apply to your design career. We’re concentrating on topics that focus back on the design practitioner, the soft skills, love of the craft and process of creating great products.

What makes this event unique compared to other events?
Recently we’ve seen design events being too heavily focused on ‘our AI future’ and other trending topics of the moment. While they are relevant, we can’t help but think at this time it makes sense to get back to the basics and looking inward.
With Ingenuity Design 2025, we’re wanting to shift the focus back on the designer, human creativity, the crafting and process of design and look beyond just pixels for having a successful design career.
Who are the organizers of the event?
We’re the centralized design team of the Vietnam based FPT Software IT Services company, part of the FPT group of companies. Today, FPT Software is a $1 billion USD company with over 33,000 employees and operations in over 30 countries, serving many leading brands across all the major industries. Our team has grown over the past 5 years to be the largest and most comprehensive design team in Vietnam and amongst the largest in Southeast Asia.
Our team strongly believes in contributing to the design community of Vietnam and also showcasing Vietnam’s design talent and capabilities to the world through this event. While we’ve done numerous localized meetups and design events, this is our first online international event, we’re very excited and hope you enjoy it.

What do I need to attend the conference?
The event will use the Zoom Webinar platform – one of the world’s most popular conferencing services that has hosted many thousands of large events.
To join the event with Zoom, you can either use the Zoom website with your browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Firefox), or download the more feature rich native Zoom app. Both the website and app are free to download and use. Zoom app is available for macOS, iOS, Windows and Android devices.
